Coach Nicole meets clients where they are from day 1 not just physically but mentally which eventually helps push us beyond what we think we can do ( Trust me most days we all need that push lol). Her relatable approach goes a long way, makes us feel that we can be completely transparent with her at all times with no judgment. The playlist is unmatched!! Her training style is challenging but effective. She knows when to gage the intensity and all of your workout sets put us through it even the ones that she say are easy peasy lol!!

Her energy level, she always go 120% doing every class. Even if the class is not feeling it, she's gonna bring it.
Not only does she challenge me, she challenges other people in our group settings to a different level.
But makes sure that we understand the technique in the form that is used to build your muscles in that particular body part.

Your training style is unique in which I can't/won't go anywhere else. Your training is gradually difficult, pushes us to our true limits and not just the ones in our head. It is definitely effective. It is difficult but definitely possible. If you got the "Kris of 2024 " to do it and keep coming back, you can get ANYONE. I could have never gotten to where I am without you. And we ain't eeeeem done.

Her training style is unique and many ways , class stimulates my mind , along with dance moves that helps each part of the body that you may want to focus on. And the alternate between high intensity and low intensity but burn big calories with both.
Class is challenging but she make it very fun and easy to gravitate to it and stick with it you have away of making people feel very confident and want to keep going to reach their goal
